This figure is handcrafted according to the traditional Neapolitan nativity technique, featuring a flexible body made of wire and hemp for natural positioning. The terracotta head is sculpted and hand-painted with oil colours, while the reverse-painted glass eyes give the expression remarkable depth. Fine silk garments and a brass halo complete the figure with elegance and refinement.
