The Nativity Scene in St. Peter’s Square A recognition I will always carry in my heart
2025 represents an extraordinary milestone in my artistic journey.
During the Jubilee, I had the honour of creating the figurines for the monumental Nativity scene displayed in St. Peter’s Square, one of the most symbolic places of Christianity and a destination for millions of pilgrims from all over the world.
The figures were created following the most authentic tradition of the Neapolitan Nativity scene, through a completely handcrafted process that required months of study, research and attention to detail.
Seeing my works placed in the heart of the Vatican is an emotion that is difficult to describe and, at the same time, an important recognition of the value of Italian craftsmanship.
During the Christmas period, the Nativity scene was also visited by Pope Francis, who gathered in prayer before the Nativity.
Knowing that my creations contributed to one of the most significant moments of the Jubilee fills me with great pride and represents one of the most important achievements of my professional journey.
